Flame Conversions offer a variety of diesel-powered air heating systems to warm up your camper. The heaters are independent from your camper’s engine and are quiet when in use. Installation (1-3 days)
Housing is removed from your fuel tank and we lower it to access the fuel sender unit. This unit is removed to drill a hole in the top for the stand pipe, which is then connected to a fuel pipe. The fuel sender unit is replaced and fuel line reconnected before the fuel tank is raised back into position.
The fuel filter and pump are installed adjacent to the fuel tank and then the fuel line is connected.
For discreet placement, the cold air inlet pipe is drilled in the doorstep and warm air outlet is drilled up through the floor. The warm / cold air ducts and fuel line are connected to the heater unit which is mounted under your van.
A temperature control unit is mounted in your van and wired from the heater to the leisure battery.

Webasto Heating Systems
Continuous heating power that uses step-less modulation; temperatures are precise and constant. These heating systems operate quietly and consume minimal electrical power and fuel.
Planar Heating Systems
A compact diesel heating system that blows warm air into your camper and can even heat your water system. Low power and fuel consumption. Planar systems come in 12v or 24v versions.
Eberspächer Heating Systems
Offering two heater technologies; Airtronic air heaters and Hydronic water heaters. The controls are simple to use for optimum warmth. An upgrade kit is available for auxiliary heaters to lower fuel consumption in diesel vehicles.
Propex HS Gas Heating Systems
Propex air space systems are automatic thermostatically controlled blown air heating systems fuelled by propane or butane gas. They come in 12v and 24v versions, and even a dual-fuelled gas and electric powered heating system. Offering quiet operation and efficient electrical current consumption.
