Headlights / Tailgate Lights
Once you choose what type of light you would like, we order in your choice and set to work replacing your current lamps. The tailgate is straight forward where we unbolt the light from its fixing and replace with the new light. Headlights on the other hand require a bit more effort. In most cases the bumper needs to be removed in order to remove the old lights and fit the new.
Grilles / Trims
Once you have your chosen style and colour of grille / trim, we remove your current fittings and replace with the new.
Body Mouldings
This requires the application of PU adhesive if we are adding shape to your camper, the mouldings help with aerodynamics as well as aesthetically pleasing. We ensure the adhesive has set correctly and that the mouldings fix correctly to your vehicle. Special tape is used to make sure the moulding is kept in place whilst it sets.
Alloy Wheels
We order in the alloys of your choice; they can be sprayed a particular colour if you desire. The old wheels are switched out for the new and you have your old tyres as spares or ready to sell on.
Which Suspension?
Coil-over
Coil-over kits are used to lower your camper between 40mm and 70mm. Both the springs and the struts are replaced with the gas pressure coil-overs, they are TUV approved and offer good handling when driving.
Lowering Springs
The springs of your camper are replaced with lowering springs and set to either 40mm lowering or 50mm lowering. Assists with the handling of the vehicle by reducing body roll.
Air Ride
Air suspension kits are different to static suspensions and offer a smooth ride. The air provides a buffer for bumps in the road and therefore improves handling and comfort. This option is more costly than springs but offers a more luxurious height adjustment.
Suspension Adjustments
After a full or part conversion has taken place, your camper will become back heavy. To rectify this, we altering the height of your front suspensions to compensate for the new weight.
